Staff Qualifications: Direct Support Professional

Our direct support professionals have a high school diploma or equivalency.  High School students pursuing a diploma or G.E.D. are also on our staff.  All part and full time staff must complete our Direct Support Professional Training Course.  All must have a sincere respect for and desire to work with persons with disabilities, and a commitment to serving others.

Every applicant will have a personal interview with the Director of Human Resources. Applicants are made aware of the categories of work available, whether full time, part time or substitute, and the benefits connected with each category.
