 Opportunity Living is licensed to provide Intermediate Care for people with Intellectual Disability (ICF/ID) level of care.  We currently serve 68 individuals under this licensure.  The clients live in community based group homes that are located in Lake City and Rockwell City, Iowa.  Opportunity Living provides work and activity services at its main location in Lake City.

   Opportunity Living is also certified to provide Home and Community Based Waiver Services (HCBS).  We are able to serve individuals under the Intellectual Disability (ID) waiver as well as the Brain Injury (BI) waiver.

   Opportunity Living is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facility (CARF), which allows us to provide Pre-Vocational services to waiver clients.
